My brother has been there for just over 2 years and in the beginning it was great but we have dealt with ongoing neglect issues, from personal care to his room and bed being filthy. He has had several "accidents" due to them not answering his call to use the bathroom, they claim to be so short staffed therefore my brother ( and I'm sure other residents) are being neglected. He has also had several falls...way to many excuses and passing blame every single time they are confronted..I advise you to look elsewhere if you need to place your loved one!!
